Returns Due to Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You will need to provide photo evidence of the damage to assist us in processing your claim.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
In cases of damage during shipping, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 10 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed via bank transfer once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised or custom-made items (such as products featuring personal photos, names, or custom designs) cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
