Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship Australia-wide.
Shipping Rates
Australia: Flat rate of $16.75 per parcel via Australia Post.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel’s progress. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal delays beyond our control.
